Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Holidays may result in postal service problems that are outside of my control.
Domestic Rates & Estimates
USPS Ground Mail is used for all domestic orders. Standard shipping takes 2-9 business days to arrive and costs $4-$8 depending on weight. From time to time we offer free shipping for orders that qualify.
International Shipping
International Shipping cost varies depending on how heavy your package is and which country you live in. Typically international shipping ranges from $12-$40.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brooklyn Swenson is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
Processing time is 5-10 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you selected a shipping option with tracking, the email which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at info@brooklynswenson.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
I do not process cancellations, returns or exchanges at this time. This is largely due to the fact that most of my products are made to order and therefore custom to some degree.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at info@brooklynswenson.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Orders damaged during shipping
In the rare chance that your order arrives damaged please send a photo of the damaged product and packaging to info@brooklynswenson.com. It is important to me that your order arrives in perfect condition and I will replace it for you.
Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen
If your package is marked “Delivered” and yet is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. I am unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect. This does happen occasionally and it is not uncommon to have the package returned to me. If that is the case, I am more than happy to forward it to your correct address, though I ask that you pay for the postage. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service personally. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything I can do on my end, so I am unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly. If a package is unable to be delivered, and is returned to me, I am happy to reship, but ask that you pay the for the additional postage.
