I’m sure Mary and Joseph felt under qualified, excited, and confused when the angel told them that they would be raising God’s son. I imagine overwhelming anxiety.

And then I imagine moments where they were lost in thought. Moments of quiet self reflection, where the only conversation was a prayer in their heart. Looking for God's guidance in a river of stars as they crossed the desert. Moments where heaven’s light replaced any fear with peace.
