PLEASE FOLLOW CAREFULLY. Please enter the following information in the "Notes" field:
- Person’s first name followed by their birth month. I will put them in the order you list them in.
- Specify if prefer your paper orientation to be landscape or portrait (if you don't specify I will put it in the orientation I think looks best).
- Your phone number. I need prompt communication with you to get your design done in a timely manner. I will not use your phone number for anything other than proofing your design with you. I will be texting you an image of your design before I print it and send it out.

This is a detailed print of your custom family flower chart. Just like there are birthstones for each month, there are also birth flowers for each month. Each flower on the chart represents a person and their birth month. You can make a chart of your own family, your best friends, your pets, etc. These make for very unique and meaningful gifts!
Shipping:
Print will be wrapped in a clear cello sleeve and mailed in a rigid mailer. Please allow me 2-3 weeks to proof your design and drop your order at the post office.
